I recently purchased a trailer from your company sold by a man that goes by the name Mike William. I have never been treated so well and fast in any other sale or deal that I have gone through. This man was very knowledgeable, understanding, and efficent. I walked into your sales room to find it very busy being a Saturday (April 7, 2012) of a long weekend, Mike was standing eating his lunch, put it down and came right over to serve us. I was extremely impressed at how he put his customers first and immediately started to show us around. This man did nothing but make my experience wonderful shopping for a camper. We purchased a new Thor motorhome last year at Sunridge RV in Airdrie. It has been a good unit and the purchasing experience was positive. I accidentally shorted the units coach battery and there was a small amounts of insulation melted off some wiring and negative polarity cable damage under hood and chassis. When repairing in the spring Ford Canada had it at Woodridge Ford for 4 weeks and returned it unusable and $1500 for one ground strap and a solenoid, they also threw out the battery I asked them to keep. I went to Sunridge RV 4 days later on a Sunday and talked to Darin Rieger, the Sales Manager, and said hi to Mike the owner who remembered us. Even though they were up to their eyeballs with work after my story they said leave it here. I called Jay, the service manager, on Monday first thing. At first he asked me to pick up the unit being concerned about the committments they already had. After my story he said you know what leave it here I'll see what we can do. Fixed in two days and I was impressed with the service. I picked it up immediately to free up space for other customers. I would definetly recommend Sunridge RV to people considering an RV purchase or service in the future. Campbell Scherger
