We purchased a new Thor motorhome last year at Sunridge RV in Airdrie. It has been a good unit and the purchasing experience was positive. I accidentally shorted the units coach battery and there was a small amounts of insulation melted off some wiring and negative polarity cable damage under hood and chassis. When repairing in the spring Ford Canada had it at Woodridge Ford for 4 weeks and returned it unusable and $1500 for one ground strap and a solenoid, they also threw out the battery I asked them to keep. I went to Sunridge RV 4 days later on a Sunday and talked to Darin Rieger, the Sales Manager, and said hi to Mike the owner who remembered us. Even though they were up to their eyeballs with work after my story they said leave it here. I called Jay, the service manager, on Monday first thing. At first he asked me to pick up the unit being concerned about the committments they already had. After my story he said you know what leave it here I'll see what we can do. Fixed in two days and I was impressed with the service. I picked it up immediately to free up space for other customers. I would definetly recommend Sunridge RV to people considering an RV purchase or service in the future. Campbell Scherger

We just brought home our brand new 2010 Four Winds 31P motorhome which I found on their website! We are still in utter disbelief about the "deal" we got! Our salesman Mike was more than encouraging when I called to see if this ad was a mistake or not based on the price! He advised us to come up and see it and because it seemed to good to be true we left home and were there in thirty minutes! Mike greeted us the minute we walked in the door! We had seen other units thousands of dollars higher in price for MUCH LESS than this unit offered! We "threw out" a low ball offer and we were even more shocked when there was only one counter offer which we and they accepted!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! The unit stayed six weeks on their lot until we could prepare a spot for it on our lot and we kept going back every two weeks to measure etc and ALL the staff were always extremely courteous and pleasant to deal with. Boris was an absolute dream to work with and when we came to pick it up Monty showed us all the bells and whistles we didn't even know the motorhome had! So to say we are "over the moon" is an understatement! None of our friends and family could believe the deal we got so if your looking for an RV dealership to deal with I couldn't recommend more highly Sunridge RV! It certainly paid for us to shop around and find this dealership. Other dealerships promote themselves as Consumers Choice winners but that's nothing but a lie! Sunridge has been voted number one and there is certainly good reason for that award! Well done to all staff and please know how appreciative we are for all you've done for us!
