We were fed up with RV shopping after 4 long, stress filled days when we arrived at Sunridge. We were greeted by a salesman, Kevin Ketilson, who immediately made us feel welcome and valued. He looked after our stress levels first by offering coffee and water and a chance to sit and talk without pressure. Instead of rushing us out to see the motorhome that we had come to see, Kevin told us about Sunridge and talked about the strength of the Coachman name which stood behind the "Pursuit", the new motorhome model that they were selling. He talked candidly about how the features of the coach had been taken from those popular in the marketplace. They had copied the good leaving the bad behind. Kevin was very knowledgeable having spent years in the motorhome marketplace. He made the sales process as painless as he could and we left that day with a decision to make. The next day we returned and Kevin continued to increase our confidence in the unit, in Sunridge and in him. He called the plant to confirm some unlisted options and to talk delivery dates. The owner stopped by and he reinforced the respectful manner with which Kevin had regarded our trade even though at that point the sale of their unit wasn't a "done deal". The owner helped his salesman by duplicating the sincerity and honesty that we had seen in Kevin. When we made the final decision to proceed we realized that we hadn't only been sold a nice motorhome, we had been sold an honest, trustworthy relationship with a salesman with integrity and a dealership that would stand behind him and behind us as we entered the Sunridge RV group of satisfied customers. Thanks Kevin - we can honestly say that we're glad that we met you and in this mad world, that is the highest compliment of all! We will be talking about you and Sunridge RV to our friends - that's for sure!

On July 20 2012, my husband and I picked up our brand new Aerolite 288rlss trailer and couldn't be happier with our purchase. Our salesman Darin was a joy to deal with, he wasn't pushy nor aggressive. We told him what we were looking for and what price range we were comfortable with and he showed us only the ones that fit that criteria. We also were concerned with the towing capacity for our truck and once again he was most accommodating and honest. He arranged for our truck to be outfitted with a hitch and brake control right away as we were going out of town. The service dept was very helpful in the explanation of all aspects of the trailer and hitch hook up before we left. All in all we are more than pleased with everything from finding a unit to finally driving away with it. If in the future we should want something different, we will certainly go back to Sunridge RV.
